    Hey guys,

    Can i ask why can’t i log in to my user (customer role) account from the login page?

    i’m using Ultimate Member 2.0.36 and Divi Builder 2.19.4

    I’M A NEWBIE IN WORDPRESS AND ULTIMATE MEMBER 🙁

    Hi @ahtan1,

    Have you tried to reset your password using your email?
    Do you have access to the wp-admin?
    You can also try to test this issue using another browser.

    i already reseted my password using my email, i have access to wp-admin and already tried on MS edge and chrome. i can login via wp-login but not the normal login
