    Hi there,

I want to be able to sort my listings by location, both within the United Kingdom, and also for other countries. I have almost 200 listings with locations set, the locations look like this : (screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/LEEuemCQ )

    1) Do I need to group all counties within the United Kingdom under a “parent” location of the whole country?

    2) How do I use the acadp_listings shortcode to order the listings by location?
The documentation within your help pages gives the options, but no examples that I can expand on. ( https://pluginsware.com/documentation/shortcodes/ )

This is what I have on my listings page : [acadp_listings listings_per_page=”1000″ acadp_location=”asc”]
But the sorting is not working so I obviously have written this incorrectly. Your help would be much appreciated!

    thanks
    Tracey

    Hi,

Sorry, currently we don’t have the option to sort the listings by location. But you can list a single location listing by using the below shortcode.

    [acadp_location id=1]
Display listings from the ACADP location of which id=1.

    Thanks

That’s a pity, that would be a very sensible way of sorting things – if I want to then order the listing by date how would I construct that, as a single listing is of no use for my purposes…

    For example, would it be
    [acadp_listings listings_per_page=”1000″ orderby=”date”] ?

    thanks
    Tracey
