I update:
If I disable cloudflare I can see the time stamp. So I guess is something about minification.
The question is… If I don’t see the timestamp means the plug-in is not working?
Correct, if you don’t see the timestamp that means Cache Enabler isn’t delivering a cached copy of your page.

Oh!
I thought that both cache could be used. Cause I read the following in Cloudflare site:
“Yes! These plugins make your server more efficient, which passes that efficiency onto Cloudflare.
In WordPress, posts and pages are dynamic content, which isn’t cached on Cloudflare, so Cloudflare has to pull that page from your server every time.”

So, I need to choose one option only
Yes, you should still be able to use both Cache Enabler and CloudFlare together. Have you tried disabling any additional CloudFlare features to verify whether or not there might be a conflict somewhere?

I just tested disabling minifying in cloudflare to let cache enabler show timestamp.
But I don’t know how it works leaving both services enabled (cache plug-in + cloudflare one)
Big mystery to me.
So Cache Enabler starts showing the timestamp once you disable CloudFlare minification?

Yes, if I disable HTML minification in cloudflare.
Minification can sometimes cause conflicts, therefore you can just leave CloudFlare’s minification option disabled so that you can use CE in conjunction with CloudFlare.
