    Happy New year. Question, I had the plugin working fine a couple weeks back, after all the troubleshooting we did in previous thread. I tested today, after upgrading plugin to 1.2.2 and after authenticating with Chase bank, I submit the payment, and now it just hangs. This is the problem I started with last time. The latest version notes said you added “Make call to Plaid production environment instead of “live”, does that mean it doesn’t support the live PRODUCTION environment, where you can do 100 transactions free? That would break it for smaller users. Please clarify, otherwise I”m not sure why it’s hanging again and not going through. I had made two payments, one through Chase and one through Wells, a few weeks back.

    The “Live” environment doesn’t exist with Plaid. In certain situation, the plugin was making a call to the environment and of course failing. The options for plaid are:

    sandbox -> testing only
    development -> allows the 100 transactions free
    production -> True production

    Sounds like in your case, you’ll want to make sure the plugin is set to development. If you are, could you please pass along the error logs?

    I retested. I think maybe it’s the bank token issue we discussed previously. I logged out (admin), used fresh browser, and logged in as user that made ACH payment previously. It went straight through with Chase Bank. So is the unique token associated to the bank or the user? Not sure. Let me know the do’s and don’ts so I avoid looking silly in front of a real client later. Thanks Justin!

    Good to hear. The next release, will make this issue a non-issue. Hoping ot get it out in the next couple of weeks. Thanks!
