Too many errors while fetching images

    Hi,

    I checked the same topics of my problme here such as Image Optimization Problem, Notified images do not get pulled and others.

    I cannot send a new optimization request and reset fetch error count, the image server returns:

    Failed to push to LiteSpeed IAPI server: “Too many errors while fetching image source files for previous request.”

    Report number: ERCFUODN

    Please let me know.

    Hi,

    Please try “clean up unfinished images” and “update status” button and then send image optimization request again to see how it goes.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.
    Still, I cannot connect to the server.
    If I clean up unfinished images, the message is “Run unfinished request too many times”.
    It has passed 30 hours since I came across the server problem.

    Please let me know what to do the next.

    We just reset your destroy unfinished count manually. Please be aware that that operation is not supposed to be used for many times. If you have issues on fetch/notify or other process of image optimization, please follow our wiki to fix them and make image optimization work smoothly. Using destroy action frequently will result in that error again.
