Problems with Plugin iList Pro

Hi and apolgies if this is the wrong place to post this but I have raised a ticket with the suppliers but no acknowledgement of the same yet!

I have paid for and installed the iList Pro. I had previously installed the iList Lite which was free and trialled it. Satisfied, I made the purchase. I followed the instructions and delted the Lite installation and uploaded the zip file to my WordPress site that I had just downloaded from them.

Sure enough, all my data had been preserved which was encouraging but when I went to the Page, which held the required iList Pro blocks, then WP issued an error stating that ‘Your site doesn’t include support for the “cgb/block-iList-block” block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to Custom HTML block or remove it entirely’. Below that is a Keep as HTML button and below that is the block in question which is effectively a specialised shortcode.

Also, there should be an entry for the shortcode generator in the Blocks list and that, too, is missing. The effect of this is to not show the infographics on the displayed page and just to issue an error stating that the template doesn’t exist.

Now, this may just be that they have screwed up but I wondered if there was any other possibilities considering the lates pretty big releases of core.
