Hi @absolutelyjustine thanks for getting in touch with support.
I notice you said this “but not through the SSP plugin like I normally would.”
Has anything recently updated on your site? In other words, can you remember when it used to work, and if anything was updated since then. It might be a plugin or theme conflict.
At the same time, would you be able to send me the debug output generated by installing this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/debug-my-site – which will give me an idea of your full WordPress environment.
Regards
Here’s what I get on the site. I had to change the theme recently because a theme that we had originally broke.

absolutelyjustine. Reason: adding in the previous theme we had
Hi @absolutelyjustine, thanks for the update.
In order to try and isolate the issue, we may need to do a little digging.
Does your hosting provider offer you an option to set up a staging site, which is a copy of your live site, but usually on a slightly different domain name?
If they do, would you be able to install a copy of your live site to the staging site, disable all other plugins but the Seriously Simple ones, as well as revert the theme back to a default theme, then check if the problem persists?
My thinking here is that if you’re using this plugin elsewhere, and it works, then it might be a theme or plugin conflict on this current site.
