Script Block Error Message

I’ve successfully installed and activated Inline JS lock for Gutenberg on my wordpress site and a script block is now a block option; however, when I add the script block—whether to a post or a page or a custom post type—I get the following error: “This block has encountered an error and cannot be viewed.” Please let me know the status of this plugin and if it’s currently working or when it will be available. Thanks!
