I am trying to fix a problem with my company’s website, rkfx.com.

When a customer adds certain products (Namely our X Series effects pedals) to their cart and proceeds to checkout, sometimes the address form is filled out with a random address. I have looked into the backend of WordPress and WooCommerce and just can’t figure it out.

Has this problem ever happened to you? Can you please help me get to the bottom of this? I’m a novice at this, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

  • I was unable to replicate the problem.

Can you be sure its WooCommerce that’s autofilling the address and not your browser?

Your theme seems to be a child of Upstart v1.1.4 published on 08/05/14. See the changelog:

WooCommerce has come on a long way since then.

To see whether the theme is to blame, temporarily switch to the Storefront theme and test.

If you still have the problem, it could be a plugin conflict. Still with Storefront, temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and test. It should work now?

Reactivate one-by-one and test to try to identify which software element is causing the problem.
