Order List is Blank

Hi there, this is an awesome plugin making it easy to track customer transaction history. The only trouble I am having is that after activating this plugin, all orders by default filter of ‘All’ displays nothing. Only other filters such as Processing, Cancelled, Failed etc displays the list.
