    Hi Thank you for this great tool!

    I am having troubles with setting the formula for Lease Calculator…

    Instead of Number of Months, I would like to input as Number of Year. Everything else remains the same. I’ve tested numerous times the formula, but cant see to get it work. Ideally it will show something like this:

    Lease Calculator
    Loan Amount
    Residual Value
    Interest Rate
    Number of Years****

    Results:
    Monthly Payment
    Total Payment
    Interest Amount

    I cant seem to get the formula right with the ,2 – sorry not a math-wiz its for a family friend. Thats why Im not in finance! Any help is much appreciated!!

    Hello @tarasenko91,

    The change is very simple, in the current form the field for the number of months is the fieldname8 field, if you want considere it as the number of years, you simply should edit the equations to convert every piece of code where is used the fieldname8 as fieldname8*12 because a year includes 12 months, and that’s all.
