    Hi,

    I’m getting the below error when trying to remove spam comments. I tried to search the forums but didn’t see a solution, could someone please reach out and help me.

    SERVER_ERROR NO: 11 MSG: Service disabled, please go to Dashboard https://cleantalk.org/my?product_id=1. Do you want to proceed?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
