Clone only Field, not value

Hi,

I have question, i try to make online ticket system.

Is it possible to clone the field only but not the value?
for example : i have field for name, email, phone number. User then fill the field, after that, s/he increase the number of ticket. I need the second group of field (name,email, phone number) to be empty. How to do that?
