• In my (custom) template, leaving a comment shows no feedback to the user (ie “your comment was successfully posted”). If I load one of the default themes like 2017, the comment feedback successfully shows. But in mine, the page will just reload and the scroll to the new comment if you’re an admin, or sit at the top of the page if your comment is in moderation.

I’m using a custom comments template, but can’t figure out what’s missing from mine for feedback to show. I’ve tried to analyze the default template but not sure that’s where the problem is.

I HAVE verified jquery is working and enqueued successfully, as is jquery-migrate. Is there a function that I’m missing? I linked to an example page that has comments turned on.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Your currently used premierFT theme could not be found in the wordpress.org/themes/ directory.

If this was a custom theme, you may have to go back to your developer team and ask them to make the necessary change(s) to the theme.
