    Hi,

Thank you for explaining your queries with the screenshot.

    Regarding the Image issue:

You can remove the image of email template from “Visual” or “Text” mode of Email Body section. And then you can add the image which you want by clicking the “Add Media” button of TinyMCE editor. You do not need to make the changes in the template file.

Here is the screenshot for your reference: http://prntscr.com/lxekr6

Can you please add the image in the Email Body and check whether the image is showing correctly or not?

    Regarding Header Image:

Can you kindly share with us the screenshot of abandoned cart reminder email and WooCommerce Emails?

Also, can you tell me the “Use WooCommerce Template Style” setting is enabled? As if this setting will be checked then our plugin will get the hthe eader image from WooCommerce setting( WooCommerce > Settings > Emails menu ).

Let me know if you have any question with this.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka

Thanks when I edited the image there it worked. 2nd header image disappeared when I unchecked that box.

One more question:I have the subject set as
    Hey {{customer.firstname}}!! You etc.
Test emails read Hey John- I’m assuming that is only the test email.

    Hi,

I am glad to know that you are able to solve image issues.

    Regarding First name issue,

Yes, it is only for the test email. We do not have any real data for the test email. So, we have hardcoded the first name as “John”. You will be able to see the customer’s first name in the actual abandoned cart reminder email.

Let me know if you have any further question with the plugin.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka
