Just had a check and there doesn’t seem to be an option or switch to display times in 24 hour format. A surprising omission as the data in the uploaded CSV is required to be in 24 hour format !
So in theory it should be easy to as even no conversion process is required.

The plugin uses your site time settings. To change the time format, please look into wordpress time format settings.
