Help identifying unlisted plugin and source

Hello Community,

I am having trouble finding the plugin used on another site for an feature I would like to add to my site. After looking at the source I found plugin/scene_3d but am not able to find this or the creator. Can someone help me understand if this is a custom plugin or how to go about finding how to get the same feature on my site.

It is a simple 3d CAD for designing a garage or barn.

Please advise if this is something a beginner can tackle or best left to a developer.
