form disappearing

    Hello.

    I was testing the plugin to see if I should get a pro version, but it seems that it just disappears.
    I couldn’t find any rules for why this happens and actually after the 3rd time re-creating the form fields (only the fields, the rest stayed in tact!) I got tired of trying.
    Couldn’t find such a topic in the search and your contact form works so well in RTL that I really want to use it.
    So the question is: Is this a known issue? Is there a solution?

    Dear @thedigiman,

    Please, make sure it is not connected with other plugins you have installed or the theme.
    You can do it by deactivating plugins, changing theme and cleaning cache.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Actually, I saw that this is your recommendation for solving possible problems, yet honestly, why should I go through all that trouble for your plugin?
    If you write a plugin, write it properly, or check out the possible problems that you receive from users trying your plugin – and solve them.

    While your plugin failed me, I found this plugin: Contact Form by BestWebSoft,
    which works perfect with my theme and all other plugins.

    This means the problem is neither my theme nor my other plugins, only your code.
    Fix your bugs. It will probably get you more clients and reputation.
