HELP I lost my wordpress!!!

OK, I have made a terrible mistake; I have been having problems with inserting media ever since I changed the location of my wordpress from http://www.myblogsite.com/wordpress to http://www.myblogsite.com.. Today I went into settings and changed the “where is wordpress is installed” location by deleting the wordpress in the http://www.myblogsite.com/wordpress field. Now my site doesn’t work at all and I can’t get back to WP-ADMIN to fix it. Please help me! Do I just need to backup my database and reinstall WordPress on my hosted server? Or is there a fix for this???
