Great plug-in, superb support

First, the plug-in is wonderful. It allows you to translate each separate paragraph, menu item, etc – each, individually. It took only a few minutes to figure out how to use it (without reading the directions).

I want to add that the tech support is really superb. When I encountered a strange glitch, they jumped in and found the problem within a day. And that was for the free version (which makes me happy to migrate to the paid version when we need it).
