Posts Backup & WordPress Installation

I have setup a new subdirectory for my domain http://lazytechie.com/Templates and installed wordpress then onwards my site is getting forward to the URL.. http://lazytechie.com/Templates . . .

now i have deleted Subdirectory Templates thinking that i have done some mistake.. even though i have deleted that sub directory my site http://lazytechie.com/ is still redirecting to http://lazytechie.com/Templates what might be the problem .. pls help me out,,

What happened to my posts pls help me In this regard

Where should i take the backup of my posts..??
