Hi,
iPhone, Safari, the latest iOS. Pop-up shows in the middle of the page, but not in the center of the visible window of the page.

Yes, the problem with this plugin.
And only if I use right menu option (right menu) pop-up window doesn’t open correct. If I use only left menu option pop-up window opens correct.

I try different setting of mobile menu. When you choose in “Main Settings” – “Miscelaneous Options” – “Menu Display Type” and try different types of how the menus will sliding it conflict with pop-up windows.

The Slideout Push Content value from Mobile Menu plugin does not work well with Popup Notices plugin.
This option adds a wrapper div that gets in the way.
I don’t know if I can help in this case.
If you simply set it to Slideout Over Content does it work well for you?
I’m using Storefront theme and it works just fine for me with this option
