Page Displaying Differently in different Browser

    In FireFox, everything looks great, but however, once I get into Internet Explorer, things tend to go a bit out of wack.

    For starters, the Search Bar is COMPLETELY OFF BASE to where it should be at. In FireFox, you’ll notice that it is in the Navigation Bar to the Right, but in IE, it’s way off past the sidebars on the Right.

    Also, on this page:

    You’ll notice that the Left Sidebar is not uniform with the rest of the site, could it be because of the content in the tables?
