For weeks I’ve been banned via IP to my own website. There is no htaccess file and my host has whitelisted my IP.

I manually via cprenamed each plugin.

Host says server server isn’t banning me but WordPress must be doing it. But I’ve renamed each plugin before they suggested it.

They’re lost as am I. Could you please tell us how to unlock the door without a key?

    Thank you

Moved to Fixing WordPress, this is not an Everything else WordPress topic. I’ve also given your topic a useful topic title.

    Is your host doing that?

Suggest that you login to your website hosting management, get into the database management, download a copy of your database in a .sql file. Find your IP address in the database. The context will tell you a lot about who and what is blocking you.

Thank you. My host found it and said it was from a plugin.
