What particularly can you not see? I’ve used you attached link and I can see all the pages?

Also cannot reset password as my email address is not being recognised….?

Yep,

I would login you hosting account and just see if they can get you in. I know that with my hosting provided they have a logon, so maybe it is the same with yours?
