Hi there,
This could be from the payment method itself or the plugin you are using to split up the checkout into different sections/pages. When looking at the RMS form it seems like it is missing any styling from the payment method extension itself.
If that is true RMS would need to add some styling to their extension, or you’d need to style it yourself.
Hi
Thanks so much for your reply. I went back to RMS with your advice and they came back with the following…
Hello,
I can confirm that our plugin does not specify any form of CSS and so it should pull any styling from the theme setting in the woocommerce.
If this is not happening I would suggest that you are using a module that interferes with this.
Is this something I can fix my end? If so could you point me in the direction of an idiots guide?!
It’s not like it needs loads of style, just to have it aligned would be great!
I really appreciate any help you can give me on this 😊
Merry Christmas!
Hi,
I was trying to take a look at this but your site isn’t loading for me at the moment 🙁
If you theme includes styles for things like inputs then your payment method should be inheriting those. You can check this using the Inspector tool (if you’re using Chrome). Unfortunately, without being able to see your site I can’t diagnose what’s going on myself right now.

Hi James
I am so sorry you could not see the site, I have just checked and it is working now…

I am using the storefront theme, I’m hoping this will be easy to fix!
Thank you so much for taking a look at this for me.
Merry Christmas!
Hi
I am really struggling to get this to look better, if anyone could give me some advice I would be very grateful 😊
Martin
Howdy Martin,
I just had a look and the HTML for that form is just output very sloppily and the payment gateway does not include any styling or apply any CSS classes to the elements to allow the Storefront CSS to be applied. I see two options:
1. Contact the author of the plugin and ask them to correct the HTML that is output or include styling for the form.
2. Switch to the iFrame integration so that a styled iframe element is presented

Kind regards,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
