I have the same problem:
Error Log:
User not logged in. Please call login() and then try again.
I do have that turned on; but haven’t gotten any emails. (I did get such notices when I first didn’t enter my user/password correctly WP Instagram Post’s “log in”. But now don’t get any such notices.
Just don’t see posts showing up in Instagram.
Throttled by Instagram because of too many API requests.
I have no idea what that means….
@malianteo Take a break and don’t use it for a day or two. Instagram need to verify your web server IP as a new location.
@breitberg and @malianteo Login Instagram from web browser and check any “unusual login attempt” warning. The area showing in warning message is your web server location.
You need to click on “This was me” until Instagram accepts your new location.
You can also use proxy for your region to avoid any location change.

I try to use a proxy and can not connect, has already tried the proxy from different computers and works perfect, but when I use the program I get this error:
Network: CURL error 7: Failed to connect to xxx.xxx.xx.xxx port xxxx: Connection refused (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html).
