Responsive Not Working

    The responsive mode does not appear to work on my table.

    I have tried both flip and collapse but on a phone nothing happens.

    Any ideas please?

    Yes it is passworded due to the sensitive nature of the information.

    How do I get the PW to you, for you to see??

    Hi Steve,

    thanks for getting in touch!

    I was able to take a look and found that you are still using the old version 1.2 of the Responsive Tables Extension. Please update to the current 1.5, by reinstalling the Extension from a fresh download from https://tablepress.org/extensions/responsive-tables/

    Hi Tobias

    In Collapse mode the web site loses the last column, which in normal mode appears.

    In flip mode on a phone if a search is done for a name and there are two people with the same name the plugin says that there are two people but the user cannot scroll or move to the 2nd user.

    Any help please?

    Hi Steve,

    it seems like your theme is somehow preventing the scrolling from working. Unfortunately, I can’t really see why and what is causing this 🙁

    Can you turn on the collapse mode for me to check?
