Member’s Directory and cover photo not working only for logged in users

Since when I updated to the latest version of UM, I had a couple of problems: first of all, the members’ directory is not working if the user is logged in (!?) – it works fine for logged out users. Another problem is that I can’t find a way to change profile pictures and cover photos anymore. On the old version, you only had to click on the image, now I can’t find any way to change them. Has anybody else experienced anything like that?
