PHP Version  5.6.34-0rnx2 – For best performance we recommend using PHP 7.2 or higher.
    Database Server version  5.0.32-Debian_7etch5-log
    – For performance and security reasons, we strongly recommend running MySQL version 5.6 or higher.
Communication with WordPress.org  Unable to reach WordPress.org at 198.143.164.252: cURL error 35: gnutls_handshake() failed: A TLS fatal alert has been received.
Unfortunately I can’t upgrade my php installation neither my Database server.
What I do not understand is that I have the same WordPress installation working well on a WAMP server.

What versions of curl and openSSL are you using? Is this your own server or are you using a hosting service?

Your curl is out of date, as are your openSSL and gnuTLS. Try updating those packages. It also wouldn’t be a bad idea to move up to PHP 7.2.
