Hi,

I’m facing an issue that I hadn’t thought of:

Now that all traffic goes through Sucuri I can’t block IP spammers because everyone shows the same Sucuri IP in my dashboard (see pic).

And spam definitely seems to have gone up.

Any idea how to tackle this?

Hello, sorry for the delay.

If you are still experiencing the same problem with the IP address, you can fix that following this guide [1]. If you installed the plugin, it will automatically fix this for you as long as your website continues running behind the Sucuri Firewall as you can see in the code [2].

I “fixed” the issue back then by closing the comment.

But then I needed to address it again when I installed a paywall and.. It seems to be working so far, thank you so much!!
