Not with this plugin no. Sure you could probably hide the visible icons but ultimately Stripe determines what card is accepted. I am not sure if it is possible on Stripe’s side but you can contact them about this.

Based on the settings in the Stripe dashboard it doesn’t seem like you can control what cards are accepted.
I imagine you could control this via the plugin though. I see that credit card prefixes are already recognized via the CC text field input. Could you use those same prefixes to block certain cards from being used?
The following are screenshots from a Braintree plugin. I was wondering if settings like this could be implemented to this plugin in a later update.

The reason I ask is because it seems 3D Secure is only supported by Visa and Mastercard for US based businesses using Stripe. If that is the case I don’t want to accept other card brands that are not supported.
The best place for feature requests is our ideas board and there is already a very similar request open there http://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce/suggestions/9406674-stripe-credit-card-selection-and-surcharging I would encourage you to add your vote/comments there.
It’s also worth noting that not all issuers would issue cards which support 3DS so by only accepting Visa/MC would not necessarily mean that all cards used would be 3DS compatible.
