    Hello. I was directed to this forum for guidance on how to make easier the overall management of a searchable bibliography of articles on our website. I am very keen on making easier the input and the display of these articles.

    We have a bibliography (~400 articles with more to come) with title, author, publishing date, publishing source, page numbers, a text abstract (~100 words) and a few other bits of data.

    I am looking for premium software recommendations to manage this data in the back and front end. As I am not a developer, I am favoring solutions which require little or no programming.

    Right now…. We are storing the bibliography data in a Google Sheet which I periodically update (add new articles and accompanying data. See above) and then import into the back end of our Web site with WP All Import. Data is then moved into WP Types’ Toolset which then renders it on a webpage. Toolset was set up – Types and Views – to make all this happen. Toolset has a Search Tool which was also set up. I hope I am explaining it well enough. I think I am.

    This current set up is a more complex than we had hoped for. So, I am looking for an alternate and simpler solution. One with hopefully less and easier to use products as well as fewer steps. One which also less technical researchers can enter articles into and I can manage with more ease.
