RSS Footer plugin causing 404 errors

I am getting hundreds of 404 errors caused by the RSS Footer Plugin.

http://www.meadowwoodgarden.com/wp-content/plugins/rss-footer/feed_edit.png

is the 404 URL.

It seems to be connected to a missing icon file to be used in Ozh Admin Drop Down Menu.

I downloaded the current .zip from your website and there is no feed_edit.png file. Just an oversight?
