Hi @bangsmccoy,
This webinar is on the same day as today right? Because the plugin caches webinars it means webinars on the same day will show. You can manually clear the cache and this may fix this, but this needs to be done manually each day – note the clear cache button only works once per a day.
I suspect if you created a webinar 5 days ago let’s say, this wouldn’t show up…
We used to provide an option to disable the caching but we ran into issues with GoToWebinar API limits and people were having all sorts of worse issues, so we had to make the decision to cache webinars to maintain connections and improve performance.
It may be possible with the newer version I eluded to over email which is currently available on the pro version, may solve this issue because we may process the data after it has been cached – but I can’t remember this for sure as I did it a couple of weeks ago.
Thanks,
Thanks, yes, I did clear the cache a few hours after the webinar had ended, but it still showed up.
I see this morning that webinar is now gone, so looks like manually clearing the cache won’t fix it, but that it will fix itself overnight, so that’s good.
I’m going to mark this as resolved.
