folders problem htaccess

hi guys,
i am using wp271
the problem is: myblog is working perfectly and it is installed in the root, when i try to make a post with an image in it
the image can not be loaded
http://www.mysite.com >>>wordpress is here
http://www.mysite.com/image/1.gif >>> can not load and will redirect to wordpress 404 error page

how to solve this
i think it is related to htaccess file
