Crashing Chrome on IOS

    Hi folks

    Just installed your excellent plugin, I am using the current beta due to needing Guttenburg support.

    Its working fine except on an iphone X when I move rotate the phone to landscape on the next transition I get an “Aw Snap” error on the google chrome browser, when I try the same on IOS firefox it doesn’t crash but also doesn’t transition through the slides. If I force a next slide by clicking it reloads the whole page.

    Hi Mick,

    Let’s first check to see if there is a plugin conflict happening. Temporarily deactivate all plugins, then reactivate NextGEN Gallery only. Does the issue still appear? If so, temporarily switch to a WordPress default theme (this deactivation is only intended to quickly check to see if the issue goes away or is still present). If by deactivating the other plugins the issue does go away, reactivate each of the other plugins one at a time to locate the culprit. Keep me posted on your results 🙂

    After the last upgrade my website crashes iPad Chrome. It’s fine on desktop and android phone. All plugins are disabled, but my ISP runs zlib compression on the server.
