Customising contact form 7

    Hi guys,

    Is there by chance anyone here knows how can I make this function using contact form 7?

    I am trying to customise contact form 7 in a way that

    whenever a user submit a form, a counter will decrease. If the counter hits 0, no more users is able to submit any more forms.
