Add Tags to Articles

1. Before I was using a template, if I chose do add tags, it will show under the article I write . After I start using a template it no longer show there, it only show all the tags in the side bar.

How can I make the tags show in the articles I write as well ?

2. How do I eliminate the link -as self , from the Article Title, so it will be only <h1>
