URL with arabic Keyword

I Have a multi lang website, I was able to redirect product pages with Arabic keywords, now all my URL with Arabic keyword are failed to redirect
on of the pages that I tried to redirect
source: https://www.doobara.com/ar/product/broadlink-sc1-أفضل-قاطع-كهربائي-منزلي-ذكي-واي-فاي-10/
redirect to: https://www.doobara.com/product/broadlink-sc1-best-smart-wifi-power-switch-10-ampere/this is what I get when I check redirect in the plugin:
