Stopping spammers from registering

Just wondering if there is any tools in the plugin that can ban spammers from registering on a website?

For preventing registrations, are you referring to new user account sign ups that would be enabled under the “anyone can register” option checked in your Settings -> General for “Membership”? If so, Akismet doesn’t protect from user registrations – only comment and contact form spam at this time.

It’s not currently on our roadmap to add this functionality, but will keep it in mind for future updates!
