Disable link in menu doesn’t work
-
Hi,
I have created a website using elementor and oceanwp.
I made a regular menu with a sub-menu, and I wanted one of the menu item’s link to be disabled so the users won’t be able to click it but see the sub-menu on hover.
It seems like although the disable link box is checked in the menu settings, it still remains clickable.
This is the menu item that I’m referring to: https://imgur.com/a/gc5EkeE
I also have the latest version of oceanwp.Any idea why this is happening?

Hello,
Can you share the screenshot of the menu setting? Go to Theme Panel > Scripts & Styles and disable all, then enable it again and check it is working or not?
Hi,
thank you for willing to help. Here’s the screenshot: https://imgur.com/PZZG91VOne more user reported the same issue. I’ll check it on my end and if it is a bug in the theme, it will be fixed automatically in the future updates of the OceanWP theme.
Thank youCould you please update me whether it’s a bug or if it has something to do with my plugins/CSS?
Also, is there a way to disable the link for now without using the theme’s feature? For now, please use the below code. Add it into customize > custom CSS section.
