Hi,
Great plugin !
I am sending traffic from google Ads to this page:
https://www.inforu.co.il/%D7%93%D7%A4%D7%99-%D7%A0%D7%97%D7%99%D7%AA%D7%94/?utm_source=GoogleSearch&utm_medium=CPC&utm_campaign=LandingPageSearch&utm_term=&utm_content=18966187350&matchtype=

The utm_source is not stored in the cookie for later use.
Can you help ?

I think this is related to cache. Are you using WP Engine? Or do you use and caching plugin? I can confirm HTTPS is not recording any cookies but HTTP seems to be OK.

Can you disable WP rocket and test?

When I disable WP Rocket its working.

Can you try excluding (from WP Rocket) the landing and form page. See here https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/54-exclude-pages-from-the-cache
