Error after submitting contact form

    I have Cleantalk plugin installed on my WP site. I created a basic page with a basic WP contact form.

    When I tested the contact page I entered in all the data it was asking for and hit the submit button. After I hit the submit button I get a list of errors.

    *Edit* I just realized that I am still receiving the feedback information from the form. So even though it is erroring out, the information is still being sent. I am still wondering why I am getting the errors and how to stop the errors from occurring.

    What is happening and how can I get my contact form to work with Cleantalk?
