FTP Username and password

    Hello,

    We have encountered an unknown issue with our website and we are now unable to login through the adminpage. To resolve this we need to use a FTP Client but we do not have access to our FTP username and password due to new people in charge of the website each year. Is there anyway for support to email this to me or any other way to get this information?

    Would really appreciate some help.

    FTP is provided by your hosting provider. Has nothing to do with WordPress.

    In case you don’t know: The site is hosted by a provider named “Precipice”. Approach them (you will need some verification) and ask for access to the hosting account. As @jaycbrf pointed out, this is not a WordPress problem.
