cron job reporting

    I set up a cron job to send newsletters to 330 subscribers. According to the reports page, it completed. However the email I received back reads as follows:

    Hi Admin,

    Cron URL has been triggered successfully on 2018-11-05 3:25:11 for the email \’2019 Membership Renewal Notice\’. And it sent email to 36 recipient(s).

    Is it possible that the email is reporting an incorrect number, or is the cron job actually sending only 36 of the 330 emails?
