Paste URL or type to search

    For more than 2 weeks now, i cannot write post nor use any editor features especially the add media.
    After editing a post, you are not allowed to add any image. When you use “Feature image”, it uploads to that spot, but when you publish, there will be no post nor image.
    It was later discovered that at the left bottom side of the dashboard, is a space with remark “Paste URL or type to search.”
    But the irony of it all is that even when you paste the site`s url and click apply, it remains sticky.
    Please help and assist in the resolution.

    This could be a hack on your site.
    Remain calm and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

    One of the support volunteers said to ask you if you had installed any kind of script blocker recently.

    Could also be a browser extension mucking things up. Try using your browser in an “anonymous” mode to disable extensions, or try using a different web browser.

    Thanks every one for your invaluable contributions.
    I still cannot create post nor add image on my site yet.
    Enquiry made to my hosting service provider reveals that
    my site was blocked at their end, but now has been removed.
    I can’t quite confirm that its been removed, because I can’t
    still use my editor as before.
    I still therefore seek your advise/help on this issue please.
