• Hi,
I’ve recently installed your plugin. I’ve inserted form by php code into my woocommerce instance. I’ve double checked settings and mails are being sent from my site.

New subscribers are not getting saved into subscriber database no matter if I select single or double opt-in.

The repro steps are like this:
    – user enters product page,
    – he/she fills-in the form: provides name and email address, press submit,
    – CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION IS DISPLAYED,

As Admin I enter plugin settings, checks subscribers list – no new entries.

I’ve disabled all caching mechanisms, no help.

    Please advise.

    Tom.

  • Hi,

I checked your site and found out that you are not using Email Subscribers but sendpress, can you recheck and let me know if I am at a wrong page?

I tried signing up on this page: https://nunubaba.pl/produkt/plakat-kawa-kawusia

Hi I’m having the same problem on https://www.lefamishedcat.co.za/
New subscribers aren’t being captured to the subscription list, I tried with and without double opt in. Confirmation email never gets sent.

Current subscribers in the list do receive emails.

    Hi Liznag,

I tried subscribing your blog from the footer widget and I have received the email. However, the one from on the pop-up doesn’t seem like an Email SUbscribers form. Can you please check and let me know about it?

I ended up using another subscription form as the website was live and I was scared my client will be losing subscribers. Thank you

    Hi,

I can help you regarding the issue, if you still wish to use Email Subscribers, you can activate it and put the subscribers’ form on a private page and let me know about it.
