As I have been testing this plugin, I’ve found that confirmation went into my spam folder. Is there anything I can do about this?

Also, is it possible to change the popup message so that it says that their booking is provisional and will be confirmed?!

    Thank you.

    Hello @mrmckee

This is a matter of your host basically, as emails should be coming from your domain name, which may look unsafe to email clients. An easy way to surpass this is by using a SMTP plugin to send your emails instead, by using a confirmed and safe email account like a GMail.

Also, is it possible to change the popup message so that it says that their booking is provisional and will be confirmed?!

Email messages can be changed from Appointments->Settings->General->Notifications

    Thank you,

That changes the email notification but when you submit an appointment a pop up comes up saying “Thank you” can I change that?
