Checkout State Picker is Empty

    Hey,

    I think that there is a conflict with the newest version of WC that was just released. When I add a product to the cart, and then go to checkout, all of the state options in the state picker are empty. Or at least, they’re empty at first when the page loads, but upon a refresh they appear.

    We have actually disabled the plugin so that my clients has an uninhibited checkout experience so that users don’t bounce. But you can see this screenshot that includes a clear developer console: https://gyazo.com/572b82654a2f93d548750f39a49014c9

    We’re running
    – WooCommerce Checkout Manager v4.2.3
    – WooCommerce v3.5.1

    It appears that this issue happened immediately after the latest release of wc.
